Major findings
- Single hand pump to all 21 families
- A hut for multipurpose use to deliver essential health services
- Nutrition through home gardens and cow milk
- No power supply, manage with kerosene lamps
- No toilets, 100% open defecation practice
- Prevalence of malarial and diarrhoeal diseases
- Home delivery of pregnant mothers by traditional birth attendents
- Emergency issues more challenging to seek assistance during night
Planned interventions
- Installation of solar light at common outdoor and in health facility establishment
- Basic training to local dais for supplementing ASHA in preventive health care
- Nutrition supplements to under 5 children and elders to complement their dietary needs
- Health promotion programs monthly as a part of Village Health Sanitation and Nutrition Day
